Mô Tả Công Việc
We are looking for PURCHASING MANAGER, working for Fabric-Garment-Fashion Joint Stock Company, headquartered in HCMC, Factory in Dong Nai and Office in the US with detail as follows:
- Advising the Board of Directors of effective purchasing strategy
- Sourcing material and accessories/ Stuffs for garment company
- Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies
- Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure
- Invent negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals
- Support for recruiting and training new employees for the department
- Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency
- Handling problems arising in purchasing activities
- Cooperate with supplier to guarantee agreement on terms and processes
- Research and anticipate in the negotiating pricing
- Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
- Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors
- Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Required working experience
- 3+ years experience in Purchasing, sourcing or procurement manager
Required qualifications
- Bachelor- Master degree in relevant field
Required knowledge and skills
- Fluent in English
- Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
- Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
