Job Description
We are looking for SALES ADMIN, working for Fabric-Garment-Fashion Joint Stock Company, headquartered in HCMC, Factory in Dong Nai and Office in the US with detail as follows:
- Responsible for coordinating with departments to promote support and promote sales activities to increase sales.
- Internal Sales Contract, Receivable, Pending Issue Invoice, Pending Debt, Profit & Loss by Project, Sales Products Categories and customer information
- Maintain and expand supplier network
- Support on conducting purchasing planning on yearly basis
- Maintain close relationship with customers, remind customers to renew services at the right time to ensure benefits
- Work with sales and different department to purchase items needed for project and company operations
- Implement purchasing procedures and processes (evaluating optimal purchase options/suppliers selection/signing/importing/payment)
- Responsible for coordinating with departments to promote support and promote sales activities to increase sales
- Support to work with suppliers and other teams to resolve incidents incurred
- Support on evaluating, plan to execute to optimize material cost
- Answer customer inquiries or requests about business services
Job Requirement
Required working experience
- 3+ year experience in Sales Support/Sales Admin or relevant business
Required qualifications
- Graduate from University, College major in Business, Economics
Required knowledge and skills
- Fluent Korean (Topik 5+), Intermediate Communication in English
- Business mind, accuracy, time management skills, actively in supporting
- Stress resistant and flexible
- Experienced in Contract Management, Sales or Sales Supports
