Job Description

Purpose

  • Payroll Officer is to assist Payroll Leader in payroll activities and coordinate with other Team and Departments/Division to implement HR tasks effectively and timely. 

Payroll Officer is responsible for successful implementation of following tasks:

  • Assist team leader with monthly salary and SHUI calculation for employees;
  • Assist leader with Shift schedule as required
  • Collect and calculate employee’s incomes for salary calculation purpose.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timely monthly salary payment to employees.
  • Ensure final payments are processed accurately and timely in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Work closely with Accounting team to analyze, reconcile Salary and Social Insurance and Trade Union numbers
  • Participate in development of software for payroll.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Team leader

Job Requirement

  • University graduated or higher 
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Payroll works in foreign joint venture company;
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or higher
  • Experience of working or liaising with international company/organizations
  • Proven experience in Payroll works

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, including cultural sensitivity and discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive information
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong problem solving skills;
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
  • Labor Law, PIT Law and Social Insurance knowledge
  • Other working skills such as planning, reporting is preferred
